Mission Statement:

The Space is a new theatre group springing from the legacy of Naked Angels and in residence at Center at West Park.

.Our mission is to bring young writers, directors, performers, composers, designers and producers together to develop new work, rediscover existing work, collaborate and support each other.

The heart of The Space is politically conscious and impactful theater. Like the Group Theatre, founded in 1931 by Harold Clurman, which shaped the American theater, and Naked Angels thirty years ago, The Space’s larger purpose is to not only reflect our world, but to affect it for the better.
